ITL AMBASSADOR M-42

  • A very good solution for cutting general steels and easy to cut Made of M-42 tool steel with 8% Cobalt content which gives it high wear resistance. It has special gullet design for free flow of chips which helps in achieving smooth cutting and long tool life.
  • This blade performs very well even on light duty machines like Scissor Type/Tilting Machines (with manual tension system), Old Bandsaw Machines with poor cutting
  • Economical Solution with High Performance.

ITL PREMIER M-42

  • This is the most versatile blade for wide applications like General steels, Forging Materials, Bundle Cutting, medium alloys, non-ferrous metals Amazing tool life and superb cutting economics make it the most desirable blade in the industry.
  • Fastest selling blade of the entire product Exceptional performance.
  • It has 10 degrees positive rake angle which helps in deeper penetration into the job and faster material removal rate (MRR).
  • It has a strong backing material and the cutting tip material has 9-10% Cobalt and can cut material upto Tensile Strength of 1300 N/sq.mm.
  • For pipe cutting/structural steel cutting application, special tooth profiles are available in M-42 grade
  • For best results, use on ITL’s Double column/LMG type bandsaw machine.

ITL ENDURA M-51

  • This blade is specially made for difficult to cut materials like Stainless Steels, Die Steels, OHNS, High Carbon Steels, Heat Resistant Steels and High Alloy
  • It has 10% Cobalt and Tungsten content which helps cut material upto Tensile Strength 1600 N/sq. It has very special tooth profile which generates least amount of heat while cutting tough materials thus giving it very high tool life.
  • For best results, use on ITL’s Double column/LMG type bandsaw.

ITL SUPERIA M-71

  • This blade’s cutting tips are made with powder metallurgy technology having tool steel grade M-71. This blade is also available with special wear resistant TiAlN coating which gives it exceptional heat & wear resistant
  • It is best suited for cutting Super Alloys, Work Hardening Steels, Tool Steels and materials which are very tough to cut like Baked Graphite, Inconel, Monel
  • This offers a very good balance between a HSS Bi-Metal Bandsaw Blade and a Carbide Tipped Bandsaw. This provides good economics for cutting tough materials as this blade is not as expensive as Carbide Tipped ones.
  • For best results, use on ITL’s Double column/LMG type bandsaw.

ITL MAGNUM CARBIDE

  • These blades are used for cutting materials which are difficult to cut in production with standard HSS blades such as Titanium, Aluminium Runner Risers containing High Silica Content, Super Alloys (like Uranium alloys, Zirco alloys, Super Duplex steel, Stellite, Hastelloys ). It is also an effective solution to get high productivity for cutting standard steels/alloys at very high cutting rates.
  • Carbide blades are generally quite expensive as compared to standard HSS Bi- Metallic Bandsaw And such blades should be used only on sturdy double column machines having precise feed controlling options.
  • For best results, use these blades on ITL’s CNC/Servo type bandsaw
